To define the pub style bar area, we added a tin ceiling above.  Beer and wine are kept in a beverage cooler.  Collectible beer signs from London are displayed.

Removing half a wall opened the space and gave us a spot for barstools to overlook the billiards table.

In another area of the basement, the family can enjoy movie night relaxing on the sectional.  Afghans are kept in the storage ottoman.  The original brick fireplace was refaced with tile and a new mantle added.
